Lodge Renovation Fund
Please join us in this historic campaign to fund the first ever top-to-bottom renovation of our venerable Lodge. This wonderful structure, widely recognized as the most attractive fraternity building in Gambier, is in desperate need of major renovations and improvements.

Much about fraternity life has changed over the last sixty years, so we must not only repair our Lodge, but adapt it to suit the needs of the Fraternity, as it exists today. We have enlisted the aid of professional contractors and landscape architects to devise a comprehensive scope of work for the Lodge. This plan will not only restore the lost luster of the main rooms, but it will also improve access, comfort and utility of the Lodge as a whole. Some of the improvements slated for inclusion are:

• new & additional bathrooms
• new roof
• new kitchen
• new main floor
• finished basement
• handicapped access
• full electrical & HVAC overhaul

This will be a major undertaking for the alumni body and we will need broad-based support. We look forward to your participation and it is greatly appreciated.

Iota Association Annual Fund
Please support the IOTA Association in its ongoing maintenance of the Lodge and fraternity owned property. Every year the Association must assume property taxes, and other routine expenses, that total thousands of dollars. In addition, the IOTA Association works with the undergraduate chapter to tackle smaller capital projects on a needs basis, as they arise.
